Tier status is reviewed monthly. If your points in a given month fall below the threshold for your current tier, your status adjusts at the end of that month. However, any cashback, reload bonuses or rewards you have already received remain yours permanently. We also offer a three-month grace period for members who reach Gold or above before any downgrade is applied, giving you time to get back to your usual play volume.

Cashback is calculated on your net losses for each calendar week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time). If your deposits minus withdrawals across all games results in a net loss, your VIP cashback percentage is applied to that amount and credited to your wallet every Monday morning. The credit is applied automatically with no wagering requirement attached.
